1. Breeding environment

1. Temperature: It has a certain degree of cold resistance, so you don’t have to worry too much about winter when growing it. It can survive safely even at minus 10 degrees Celsius, and it will germinate normally in spring.

2. Light: It is a sun-loving tree species and likes light very much. When caring for it, place it in a sunny place and give it sunlight all day long so that it will grow stronger. If placed in a dark place, the plant will wilt and its growth will be affected.

3. Watering: You don’t need to water too frequently during the breeding period. The soil can be slightly moist, but there must be no stagnant water. It is somewhat drought tolerant, so keep the soil dry rather than wet.

4. Soil: The soil requirements are loose, fertile, deep and slightly acidic. Saline-alkaline soil will affect its growth. When breeding, you can mix humus, sandy soil, and garden soil yourself, which can basically meet the growth needs.

2. Breeding Methods

Its reproduction is mainly carried out through sowing and cuttings, among which sowing has a higher survival rate. Before planting, squeeze the seeds out of the peel, wash them, and then plant them. They will germinate in about a month. Cuttings are prone to lodging, but the rooting rate is very high, reaching 90%.
