How to eat Huoshan Dendrobium

How to eat Huoshan Dendrobium

1. Porridge

This kind of food requires fresh dendrobium, water, japonica rice and rock sugar. The preparation method is relatively simple. The amount of dendrobium needed is about 30 grams, and the amount of water needed is about 200 milliliters. Put these two together and fry them until it becomes 100 milliliters. Don't be afraid of frying it for too long, because only in this way will the effect be better.

After that, we remove the frying residue, use about 50 grams of northern japonica rice, add a small amount of rock sugar, put it into the casserole, and then add water, the amount of water is about 400 milliliters, wait until it becomes thick and you can drink it.

This kind of porridge can nourish the stomach and produce body fluids. In addition, it has the effects of nourishing yin and clearing away heat. Therefore, those who suffer from fever or are in a irritable mood can eat it. If you are ill and have a severe physical loss, you can also eat it. If you have dry retching and less moss, you can also consider eating it.

2. Soup

The ingredients required for this recipe are 25 grams of Huoshan Dendrobium, 30 grams of Herba Indigoferae, 500 grams of lean pork and three slices of ginger. The preparation method is still relatively simple. You just need to soak the Huoshan Dendrobium first, then wash the inverted grass and the pork, and there is no need to cut them. Then put all of them together and stew them. Of course, you need to add about 1,500 ml of cold boiled water. The stewing time is about three hours. In addition, we need to add some oil and salt. This amount is enough for three or four people. As for the pork, we can mix it with soy sauce.

3. Snail

This kind requires 1,500 grams of snails, pork loin and dendrobium, 9 grams of the former and 6 grams of the latter. First we need to wash them, then blanch the snails, filter the soup and use it again, take out the snail meat and wash it, then cut the pork spine into pieces and remove the blood. First, boil the snail juice and dendrobium for twenty minutes. Remove the residue and keep the juice. Then pour the medicinal juice in, put the pork loin on top of the snail meat and stew for an hour, add some salt and you can eat it. This dish tastes a little sweet.

4. Tea

This is made by using 5 grams of American ginseng and 3 grams of dendrobium. Wash them, cut them into slices and cook them together. Bring them to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Then, filter the juice and put it into the American ginseng slices and simmer for 15 minutes. Then you can drink it.
