Efficacy and function of stone lotus

1. For food

(1) After washing the petals with clean water, you can chew them directly. If you cannot swallow them because of their sweet and bland taste, you can dip them in salt, honey, plum powder, fructose, etc. to season them.

(2) The fresh petals of this flower can also be eaten by mixing with vegetables to make vegetable salad.
