1. For food

(1) After washing the petals with clean water, you can chew them directly. If you cannot swallow them because of their sweet and bland taste, you can dip them in salt, honey, plum powder, fructose, etc. to season them.

(2) The fresh petals of this flower can also be eaten by mixing with vegetables to make vegetable salad.

(3) After washing the petals, you can make juice directly or blend them with other fruits such as apple, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, etc.

2. Used for medicinal materials

Stone lotus is cool in nature and contains a variety of dietary fibers, a large amount of minerals, multiple vitamins, as well as beneficial substances such as niacin, folic acid, β-carotene, etc. Therefore, it has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, excreting uric acid, removing urea, and lowering blood sugar.
