Papaya and Crucian Carp Soup

Remove the papaya skin and seeds, marinate the fish for about ten minutes, then put it in the pan and fry until both sides are browned (fry slowly over low heat). Stir-fry with ginger slices until fragrant. Then add water to boil the fish, cover half of the fish body, use high heat, and then cook on low heat after the water boils. After twenty minutes, add appropriate amount of pure milk, cook for another hour, then sprinkle with pepper, simmer for ten minutes, and finally add some salt.
