After washing and cutting the guava into pieces, put it into a juicer, add appropriate amount of cold water and blend it into juice. It is very convenient to operate. Of course, you can also mix it with other fruits or vegetables according to your personal preference to make juice, which can also enrich nutrition.

Pickled Guava

Prepare 600 grams of guava, 15 grams of salt, 50 grams of white sugar, and an appropriate amount of licorice powder. Wash the guava with clean water, remove its tail and stem, and then cut it into relatively even pieces with a knife. Sprinkle salt on the cut guava, wait for about an hour, then turn the guava over so that it can be fully exposed to the salt.
