Harvesting and storing cinnamon

Harvest cinnamon trees that are more than 5 years old, peel the bark and branch bark in autumn. Pharmacological studies on cinnamon

Cinnamaldehyde has a significant sedative effect on mice and can also regulate movement disorder symptoms; decocted cinnamon can improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia in rabbits; sodium cinnamate has the effect of dilating blood vessels and can effectively promote blood circulation; cinnamon oil is aromatic, can promote the secretion of gastric juice, and has a stomachic effect. Cinnamon oil has a good bactericidal effect, especially against Gram-positive bacteria.
