The Flower Language and Legend of Grape Hyacinth

The Flower Language and Legend of Grape Hyacinth

The Flower Language of Grape Hyacinth

The most eye-catching feature of grape hyacinth is its pure blue color. Grape hyacinth is usually planted in dense patches, or mixed with other flowers, such as colorful tulips, white daffodils, etc. Various blue or white grape hyacinths can naturally form a whole with different flowers. Although grape hyacinth is crystal clear, its flower language is "sadness, jealousy, and melancholy love", which comes from its legend. Grape hyacinth has the same sad love legend as hyacinth, which makes people sigh with regret!

The legend of grape hyacinth

Legend has it that a long time ago, there were the Emperor of Heaven and various gods on Earth. They lived in the blue sky above our heads, where there lived a beautiful fairy with bells. When she came to the mortal world, she fell in love with the king of the human world, and they promised to be together forever. But the Emperor of Heaven found out about this and did not allow fairies to fall in love with mortals, so he arranged for Yue Lao to find a wife for the king of the human world. Soon, the king obeyed God's will and fell in love with the woman, and thus forgot the Fairy of Bells and their previous vows. After the Fairy of Bells found out, she didn't want to believe it, but the fact was so helpless that she could only laugh at herself in her heart. But she did not give up. In order to see it all clearly, she reincarnated into the mortal world. From then on, the Fairy of Bells continued to reincarnate in the human world, life after life, just to see if the king was really that unfaithful, and this has continued to this day.
