When newly planted, it takes a month to acclimate to the pot, a month to adapt to the environment, and basically resume growth after 2 months. Just be patient and wait.

Soil is alkaline

The peace lily grows best in slightly acidic soil. The soil and water we come into contact with on a daily basis are mostly alkaline. Over time, this will reduce the acidity of the soil and affect the growth of the peace lily, causing the leaves to become weak and dry.

Workaround

When watering the peace lily, you can add a little ferrous sulfate solution to increase the acidity of the soil, but the concentration should not be too high. In addition, when repotting, replace the soil with new one and keep 1/3 of the old soil.

There is no way to remedy the frostbitten leaves, so remove them immediately. Move the plant to a relatively warm place, preferably one that is kept warm. In spring, when the temperature rises, the branches will sprout leaves again.

In fact, whether you can find root rot depends on luck. If you find that the peace lily has root rot, remove it from the pot immediately, cut off the rotten part, disinfect it and replant it. Remove severely dried leaves.

Workaround

As soon as possible, cut the branches short 5 cm below the diseased area, and remove all dry leaves (even those with dry spots), spray the branches and leaves and roots with carbendazim solution for 2 to 3 times.
