Disease control of sweet pepper

Disease control of sweet pepper

Black spot

This disease does not manifest itself on the plant, but more on the fruit. Initially, if your domestic bell peppers develop a light brown tint on the fruit, be careful. If the colored part is slightly sunken, it is most likely that black spot disease has appeared. If it is not treated in time, it will become a larger lesion. At this time, it is necessary to cooperate with the corresponding pharmaceutical treatment, once every 7-10 days, and use it continuously for 2-3 times.

Black mold

This disease usually damages the fruits, starting from their tops, but unlike the above, this disease will make their color lighter. The affected part gradually loses its luster. This is a disease that occurs when the plant is close to maturity, so you must pay special attention to it, otherwise you will fail. The frequency of applying the medicine this time is about once a week, also 2-3 times in a row.

Fusarium Wilt

This is a relatively serious disease. Although it is only a local infection, it can cause the entire plant to become sick. The phenomenon that usually occurs is leaf wilting, so try to choose disease-resistant varieties before planting. Not only that, you should also pay attention when choosing the soil and choose good soil that is conducive to root vitality. Moreover, after planting, it is necessary to take preventive measures before the disease occurs and spray regularly with appropriate pesticides. The specific amount depends on the size of the plant.

White burn disease

The basic manifestation of this disease is that part of the fruit turns white, which is basically caused by excessive drought. The disease is more likely to occur when exposed to strong light. At this time, block part of the sunlight and water appropriately.
