What to do if the Milan flowers have root rot

What to do if the Milan flowers have root rot

1. Water

Improper water is actually the main cause of root rot. Although it likes water, it does not mean that you can water it as much as possible. Generally speaking, if you water too much, it will easily cause root damage.

Solution: At this time we should take it out and place it in a sunny place for about half an hour. After that, we need to change the soil again. If convenient, we can use rooting agent. In addition, we need to note that when the temperature is relatively high, we cannot just water the soil, but also sprinkle it on the leaves, but this operation needs to be done before sunset. If it is because there is too much rain outdoors, then we need to place it at an angle so that there will not be too much water.

2. Soil

In addition to water, it may also be due to problems with the soil that cause its roots to be unable to withstand the pressure and thus be damaged. Generally speaking, it may be due to problems with pH, or unsatisfactory drainage and ventilation.

Solution: It is best for us to replace the soil at this time and choose soil that is suitable for it.

3. Fertilization

Fertilization will affect its roots because the fertilizer will be in direct contact with the roots. If it is applied improperly, it will cause damage to its roots. Solution: Do not provide it with alkaline fertilizer during normal maintenance, otherwise problems will arise. If you have already done this, you must add acid to neutralize it. In addition, the fertilizer we provide must be well-rotted, otherwise it will easily release heat during the fermentation process and damage its roots. And using too much fertilizer is not good either, because the roots will not be able to bear it. Generally, we use some dilute fertilizer and apply it once every ten days.
