What to do if lucky bamboo leaves droop

What to do if lucky bamboo leaves droop

1. Lighting issues

(1) Reason: This is the most likely reason. The habit of this plant is to like scattered light. In other words, if the light is too weak or too strong, it will be disadvantageous. Specifically, if the light is too strong or the light exposure time is too long during the day, it will cause its leaves to wilt.

(2) Solution: Usually, we can place it on the windowsill or other places. These places can receive astigmatism without being too strong. If the light is very strong, take shading measures in time. However, if it is winter, you can increase the light appropriately. However, you must also be careful not to be too strong.

2. Temperature problem

(1) Reason: This aspect mainly refers to winter. It has higher temperature requirements. Especially in winter, if the temperature is below ten degrees, its leaves will easily droop.

(2) Solution: It is best to control the temperature between 22 and 25 degrees. If conditions do not permit, the minimum temperature cannot be lower than ten degrees.

3. Fertilizer problem

(1) Reason: If too much fertilizer is applied or the concentration is very high, it will also be harmful. First, its roots will be harmed by fertilizer. Then, its leaves may droop.

(2) Solution: Do not apply too much fertilizer at a time and apply it in a thinner amount.

4. Water quality issues

(1) Reason: This is mainly for hydroponic landscape. If the water is not fresh, the roots may rot first and the leaves may be affected later.

(2) Solution: Try to use clean water or cold boiled water.
