How to change the pot of Feilong

How to change the pot of Feilong

1. Time Selection

The plant of Feilong is very large and requires a large growing space and sufficient nutrients to grow. Therefore, it needs to be repotted after 1-2 years of cultivation and new soil needs to be used to ensure sufficient nutrient support. The best time to repot is in spring, as this time period is the most suitable. The mild climate is suitable for growth, and the strong germination is conducive to recovery. If you don't repot in spring, you can also choose to do it in autumn. But be careful not to repot in summer.

2. Remove the basin

The first step in repotting is to remove the plant from the pot. First, loosen the soil around the pot, then take the plant out of the pot and shake off the soil on the roots. Do not bring it into the new soil. After taking it out, you need to trim the roots, trim the dead and old roots, and comb out the healthy roots.

3. Prepare new soil

As the plant gradually grows larger, the flowerpot you choose should be larger to provide enough space for growth. For the preparation of new soil, you can continue with the previous method and mix garden soil, peat soil, coarse sand, and bone meal together. This can not only meet the nutritional requirements but also have a sense of transparency.

4. Change to a new pot

After preparing the flowerpot and soil, fill the flowerpot with soil, then plant the flying dragon in it, pour some water on it, and then place it in a cool place to slow down the growth.
