How does Feilong spend the summer?

How does Feilong spend the summer?

1. Improve ventilation

Flying dragons like moderate temperatures. If the temperature is high in summer, ventilation needs to be strengthened and good ventilation conditions need to be provided to allow the flying dragons to be exposed to circulating air, thereby lowering the temperature. When placing it indoors, choose a place with windows and open them frequently for ventilation. It can not only lower the temperature, but also prevent infection from pests and diseases.

2. Prevent rain

The amount of precipitation increases significantly in summer. For flying dragons placed outside, if they are too wet by the rain, water will accumulate in the pot. Therefore, they should be placed indoors as early as possible before the heavy rain comes, or covered with something to avoid the rain. If it is accidentally caught in the rain, you need to pour out the accumulated water in time to prevent the roots of the flying dragon from rotting and dying.

3. Appropriate water and fertilizer

Water and fertilizer should be applied in moderation. It does not mean that you do not need water and fertilizer in summer. You can add a certain amount of water and fertilizer according to the dryness and wetness of the potting soil. When the temperature exceeds 35 degrees Celsius, you need to reduce the amount of water and fertilizer to avoid burdening the roots.

4. Proper shade

The sunlight in summer is relatively strong and it cannot be exposed to the sun, as it may get burned. You can put it in a bright sunny place to avoid being burned by the sun.
