How to keep it in winter?

Environment selection

In winter, it should be moved indoors for breeding, but a good ventilation environment should be maintained, especially in the north. Windows should be opened frequently to ventilate the room, but it should not be placed near the window. It should also be kept away from the air outlets of some cooling and heating equipment, otherwise it will affect its health.

The most suitable temperature

The best suitable temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees. When the temperature drops below 10 degrees in winter, it is easy to damage the leaves and roots, and in severe cases it can cause the death of the plant. However, its temperature requirement is not high, and it can survive normally as long as it is above 10 degrees.

Sunlight

Diffused light maintenance is the most suitable. In spring, autumn and winter, the plant should be bathed in sunlight for more than 2 hours a day, preferably in the morning when the sun just rises. In summer, the plant should be placed in a place where direct sunlight cannot come in to avoid burning the leaves and affecting its normal growth. If it is kept in a dark place for a long time, it will cause excessive growth.

Correct fertilization

The requirements for fertilizer are not high. When changing the pot and soil, you can mix some base fertilizer into the soil. The amount of base fertilizer can be determined according to the size of the pot. It is recommended to change the pot every two years; fertilize 3 to 4 times a year. You can choose compound fertilizer, but apply it thinly and frequently.

Precautions

The love vine itself is not susceptible to disease and pests, but you should pay attention to external factors and keep the potting soil clean.
