How to grow tulips in water

How to grow tulips in water

1. Breeding methods

1. Container: For hydroponic tulips, it is best to use a transparent glass container. This not only makes the plants more beautiful, but also makes it easy to observe the growth of their roots so that the maintenance environment can be adjusted in time.

2. Water quality: When raising it, it is best to use purified water. This is very beneficial to the growth of its bulbs and roots. If not, you can also use tap water, but you must place it on the balcony to dry for 1-2 days before you can use it.

3. Temperature: When you first start hydroponics, place it in an environment of 7-10℃ to facilitate rooting. After it has taken root, place it in an environment of about 16°C for maintenance.

4. Nutrient solution: During the growing season, nutrient solution should be applied every 15 days or so. This can provide it with more nutrients and make it grow better.

2. Water change method

Before roots take root, the water needs to be changed every 2-3 days. After it takes root, you can change the water every 3-4 days. When changing the water, do not replace all of the water in the container, only about half of it.
