Kalanchoe loves to drink this kind of "water", drink a cup every 5 days, and the branches in every pot will be full of flowers!

The water that this kind of Kalanchoe loves most is actually soybean water that we can make at home. We all know that soybeans are a must-have item in the home. They contain sufficient oil and protein to effectively supplement the energy needed by the human body. And these soybeans can also provide the nutrients that Kalanchoe likes after fermentation and composting, thereby promoting its growth.

How to make soybean water:

We first wash the prepared soybeans to ensure that there are no extra bacteria and impurities on the surface. Then add water to the soybeans and put them into the pot to cook them. After all, the nutrients in the soybeans will be better released after being cooked, and the Kalanchoe will naturally absorb them faster. The next step is to put the boiled soybeans and water into a container for fermentation. The soybean water will be ready in about half a month and can be used for Kalanchoe.

Because soybean water contains relatively sufficient nutrients, when using it, you should take the upper clear liquid and add 50 times the amount of water to dilute it. This way, the soybean water will not burn the flower roots when used to maintain Kalanchoe, and it can also better help supplement the nutritional needs.

Daily flower-growing methods for Kalanchoe:

1. When caring for the Kalanchoe, remember to give it plenty of light, because it is a light-loving plant. Good light can help it replenish nutrients, which can better promote the number of flowers and the rate of growth. It can also help the flower roots grow stronger. However, in summer, be careful not to burn the leaves with strong light.

2. Because Kalanchoe belongs to the Succulent family, it is very drought-resistant. During maintenance, we must remember to water it when the weather is dry and water it when the weather is wet. This will ensure its good growth and will not cause problems such as water accumulation and root rot.

Kalanchoe can bloom as usual in winter. If you have several pots at home, you can try watering them with soybean water, which can promote their growth very well!

<<:  "Green ivy" likes to eat "garbage". If you feed it some rotten vegetable leaves, the leaves will grow wildly and become very lush!

>>:  If there is a strong odor in your home, place a pot of "fragrant flowers" in the room and the fragrance will last longer!
