Breeding methods and precautions of the rich child

1. Soil

During the breeding period, you need to use soil with good drainage and air permeability. You can mix pond mud, garden soil, leaf mold, and sand together, and then add an appropriate amount of base fertilizer to make nutrient soil, which can basically meet the growth needs.

2. Watering

It likes a humid environment and needs to be watered frequently during maintenance, but water should not accumulate. Usually it needs to be watered once a day in summer and once every three or four days in spring and autumn. In winter, you need to control water and water only after the soil is dry. However, the number of times is not fixed and depends on the conditions of the potting soil.

3. Fertilization

When applying fertilizer, do not apply high concentrations of fertilizer. Apply thin fertilizers in small amounts and multiple times. Usually, fertilizer can be applied one month after the fixed value. Fertilizer is needed during the growing period and flowering period. Only with sufficient nutrients can the plants grow more vigorously and bloom longer.

4. Lighting

It likes semi-shady environment and should be placed in scattered light at ordinary times. It should not be exposed to strong light, especially in the summer, it should be shaded and away from light, otherwise it will be sunburned. The light intensity is mild in winter and full light is acceptable.

5. Notes

It grows fast, so during maintenance, be sure to change the pot in time. Replace it with a pot that is larger than the original one to provide it with more sufficient growth space so that it can grow more vigorously in the later stage. In addition, be careful not to damage the roots when repotting, otherwise it will affect the growth.
