How to hydroponically grow garlic sprouts

1. Prepare the container

When you find that garlic shows signs of sprouting, don't rush to throw it away. You can use it for hydroponics. If it is a single clove of garlic, you can use a transparent plastic bottle and cut it from the lower part, not too high. If it is a whole head of garlic, you can choose a plate filled with small stones and use it for cultivation.

2. Cultivation

Place the sprouted garlic on the prepared plate, or put the garlic cloves individually into the bottle, arrange them neatly, and then pour in an appropriate amount of water. The water level should reach the bottom. Do not add too much water, as it may cause rot. It is also necessary to spray the garlic with water mist frequently to ensure a certain humidity, which can promote germination and rooting.

3. Water culture and maintenance

Temperature is very critical, keep it within 20 degrees and don't let it exceed this range too much, otherwise it will be detrimental to growth. After that, you can wait with confidence. When you observe that the water inside is reduced, add water in time. Don't let it lack too much water. If the temperature and humidity are guaranteed, it will grow very fast. In about half a month, the seedlings will grow very tall.
