When does camellia bloom?

1. Flowering time

The peak flowering period of camellia is around January to April in spring, and normally it starts to bloom around November. However, the flowering period of each region is different because the climate of each region is different, which will directly affect when the plant blooms.

The temperature of the breeding environment will affect the time of flowering, especially between the north and south regions, where the difference in flowering period is quite large. The flowering period will be earlier in areas with slightly higher temperatures, such as the southern region. The temperature in the north is relatively low, so flowering may be delayed. 2. Length of flowering period

The peak flowering period can reach 1-3 months. It blooms twice a year, once in spring and again in autumn. If properly cared for, it will bloom all year round.
