How to Grow Daisies

1. Planting time

The best time to plant daisies is August to September, but the planting time varies in different regions. In Zhejiang Province, most of the sowing is done at the end of July. If sowing is done at this time, New Year's Day will be the peak season.

2. Prepare seeds

Prepare the seeds for use before planting, preferably fresh, plump seeds. Generally speaking, the germination rate of seeds purchased online is very low, and it is best to purchase seeds at the local flower market.

3. Prepare the soil

You can choose any planting container, but those with good air permeability are the most suitable. The best soil is one that has good drainage and is rich in humus. Before sowing, spray some water on the soil to keep the sowing medium moist.

4. Planting

Daisy seeds are very small, so you can use the broadcasting method to evenly sow them into the substrate and finally cover them with a 3cm layer of soil. Be careful not to plant the seeds too deep, as it will be difficult for them to germinate. It also grows very quickly and will sprout within a week.
