How do miniature coconuts survive the winter?

1. Control the temperature

The miniature coconut palm is a tropical plant with poor cold resistance, so it should be kept indoors in winter and the temperature should be controlled. The minimum temperature should not be lower than 10 degrees. It can safely survive the winter as long as the environment is warm.

2. Reduce watering

The temperature is relatively low in winter, and its growth rate is very slow at this time, and it may even go dormant, so it needs less water. You need to control the amount of water, and the soil in the pot should not be too wet. Just add water after it dries up to avoid frostbite of the roots due to water accumulation.

3. Increase Lighting

4. Increase humidity
