How to grow camellia so that it blooms

1. Ensure lighting

Camellia prefers sunlight, so it should be exposed to the sun as much as possible during maintenance. If it is grown indoors, it should be moved outdoors during the day when there is sunshine to provide it with sufficient light, but it should be moved back indoors at night to prevent the temperature from being too low and preventing it from growing normally.

2. Moisture maintenance

It likes to be in a moist place, so there should be enough water, but the planting soil should not be too wet. You can water it as much as possible in spring and summer, and don't let it be too dry. In winter, you should water less and never let the soil be too moist.

3. Apply fertilizer

Remember to apply fertilizer in time during the cultivation period. Without nutritional maintenance, it will be difficult for it to bloom. You can choose to add some phosphorus and potassium fertilizers during its growth period, which will not only help its growth, but also make it bloom more. However, the fertilizer used should be of lower concentration and not in too large an amount.

4. Suitable temperature

The suitable temperature for its growth and flowering is 18-25℃. The maintenance environment should be warm enough and the temperature in winter should not be too low. In summer, we need to do a good job of cooling down, especially in midsummer, we must not let it grow in an environment where the temperature is too high. If the plant is burned, it will be hindered from flowering.
