How to make the money tree take root quickly by cuttings

1. Choose strong branches

If you want the money tree to take root quickly after cuttings, you need to choose strong branches that are free of diseases and insect pests. The branches used should be semi-woody as much as possible and not too long, about 6-7cm will be enough.

2. Correct handling

When pruning, it is best to cut it off with one knife, and the wound should be smooth. Cut the bottom of the cutting into a horseshoe shape. Remove any excess leaves and only keep the top 2-3 leaves. Put it in rooting water and soak it for about a day. Take it out and wash it again with water.

3. Soil suitability

For cuttings, you should choose soil that is suitable for its growth. The soil should have good air permeability and should be disinfected before use. There should be no insect eggs in it.
