Blue Echeveria is relatively easy to grow. Its growth rate is not particularly fast, but its branches are relatively thick. It is a relatively hardy succulent variety. The maintenance method is relatively simple, suitable for novice cultivation, and has a high ornamental value.

How to grow blue stone lotus

1. Soil

Blue stone lotus is suitable for loose and fertile soil with good air permeability and drainage. It can be made of garden soil, leaf mold, river sand and coal slag in a ratio of 1:3:1:3.

2. Moisture

The amount of watering for blue stone lotus should not be too much to avoid water accumulation and root rot. In the summer when the temperature is relatively high, you can water it once a day.

3. Lighting

Blue stone lotus should not be placed directly under strong sunlight to avoid the branches and leaves from turning yellow, drying up and aging. In summer, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place for cultivation, and in winter, it should be placed indoors for cultivation.

4. Temperature

Blue stone lotus is suitable for growing in an environment of 18-25 degrees. The maximum temperature in summer should not exceed 30 degrees to avoid the high temperature affecting growth and development. The minimum temperature in winter should not be lower than 10 degrees to avoid the frost damage caused by low temperature.

Blue Stone Lotus Maintenance Precautions

When caring for blue stone lotus, you need to pay attention to fertilization. Blue stone lotus needs to use diluted farmyard manure once every 15-20 days during its growth period. Fertilization is usually done in the morning or evening. Be careful not to let the fertilizer come into contact with the leaves to avoid corrosion of the leaves and rot.
