First, maintain the environment:

Catharanthus roseus prefers sufficient sunlight and a relatively high temperature environment. It has a good ability to adapt to the environment. Therefore, it is planted in both the north and the south and is very easy to survive.

It is very casual when it comes to maintenance. Except for the winter when the temperature is below zero and the summer when the temperature exceeds 38 degrees Celsius, it can be maintained in an environment with sufficient light.

It should be noted that the extreme tolerance of potted plants and ground plants is different. The best maintenance temperature is between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius.

Third, watering is reasonable:

Catharanthus roseus is also very drought-resistant. When planting, as long as you take good care of the drainage of the soil, watering is very simple. Just water it thoroughly if you don't dry it out.

There is a lot of flexibility in watering Catharanthus roseus. If it is too moist, the plant will be tall and have large leaves. If it is too dry, the plant will be short and have short branches, but it will bloom more. In summer, it is okay to wait until the leaves wilt and droop slightly before watering.

Fourth, fertilization:

Catharanthus roseus can tolerate poor soil conditions, but if given the right amount of fertilizer and water, it can grow very lush and bloom profusely.

Fertilization can be carried out as long as the temperature is not higher than 32 degrees Celsius and not lower than 10 degrees Celsius. Every month, a small amount of organic fertilizer can be buried in the flower soil by loosening the soil.

One month before the flowering period, or half a month after the flowers fall, the composition of the fertilizer can be biased towards "phosphorus and potassium" elements.
