Greenhouse fungus cultivation technology and management Greenhouse fungus cultivation method and time

Auricularia auricula is also called as radish and tofu vegetable. It is grown in many places, but in the north, due to the cold winter, Auricularia auricula is mostly an annual crop and is used for greenhouse cultivation. In the south, the winter temperature is also very high, so it can be grown anytime and anywhere.

Greenhouse fungus planting time

Wood ear is only suitable for cultivation in spring . Therefore, the inoculation period of the mushroom bag is generally from January to February, or in December of the previous year. The cultivation period is also about one month, and the maturity period is 15 to 25 days.

The temperature will be raised by covering the greenhouse in mid-March, and black fungus can be harvested starting in May. The harvest is basically completed around July.

Greenhouse Fungus Cultivation Technology

1. Greenhouse construction and disinfection

First build the shed, then lay a layer of new bricks on the floor of the shed, about 6cm thick. Before hanging the bags, use 10% caustic soda supernatant to spray and disinfect the floor, surroundings and plastic cloth inside the shed once .

2. Hanging bag

The bags of fungi began to be transported to the greenhouse to allow the mycelium injured during transportation to heal and rejuvenate. After the mycelium filled the bags, increase the light for 3-5 days to induce the formation of fungus fruiting bodies. When brown rice-like ear bases appeared on the bags, put the bags in 0.2% carbendazim or 0.1% potassium permanganate solution and rotate them several times for surface disinfection.

When the temperature in the greenhouse reaches 15℃ and the mycelium on the surface of the bag turns white, the bag can be opened for ear cultivation. When choosing a small hole drilling technology for ear cultivation, pay attention to the quality of the cutting blade when purchasing a small hole drilling machine, as its quality directly affects the speed of ear cultivation, the rate of foreign bacteria and the quality.

After opening the holes, hang the bags on the ear racks with a distance of 10 to 15 cm between each bag. Hang the bags as the cuts are made.

Greenhouse Fungus Management Methods

1. Mid- and late-stage management

During the mid- and late-stage management period, a dry and wet alternating environment should be formed. It takes about 7 days from the formation of the primordium to the growth of the ear buds outside the bag. In the dry season, the ear buds in the upper part of the bag and the bag near the outside of the shed will dry and curl. These parts should be sprayed with water more frequently .

At low temperatures, water will accumulate in the lower and middle parts of the hanging bags, which will cause ear rot and bacterial contamination, so spray less or no water. When the daytime temperature reaches 25℃, the plastic film and sunshade net around the greenhouse and on the roof should be opened and the night spraying time should be extended.

When the temperature reaches 27℃, it is necessary to increase ventilation in the greenhouse, increase direct sunlight, stop watering during the day , and the natural temperature is lowest in the second half of the night. If cold water is continuously poured, the humidity and temperature in the fungus bag will be high, the spores will not be easily ejected, and the ear pieces will become darker and thicker.

2. Disease prevention and control

When the ear buds grow to 1.5 cm, spray the fruiting bodies evenly with 0.3% salt solution or bleach solution combined with watering (the proportion should be in accordance with China's drinking water standards) every 4 days to delay the ejection of fungus spores, prevent ear rot, nematode occurrence, fungal infection, and increase the thickness and brightness of the fungus.
