Sichuan is a place rich in Chinese medicinal materials, and is known as the hometown of traditional Chinese medicine and the storehouse of Chinese medicine. There are many varieties of Chinese medicinal materials suitable for planting in Sichuan, such as Chuanxiong, Ophiopogon japonicus, Coptis chinensis, Fritillaria cirrhosa, Cordyceps sinensis, etc., which are all relatively good Chinese medicinal materials and are the earliest varieties exported from my country.

Sichuan is a basin region with sufficient heat, which is a preferred growing environment for medicinal materials. It is relatively good for planting Chuanxiong, Ophiopogon japonicus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, White Peony Root, Aconitum, Chuanwu, Curcuma aromatica, Turmeric, Curcuma zedoaria, Alisma orientalis, Angelica dahurica, Panax notoginseng, dried ginger, citron, etc.

Chuanxiong

Chuanxiong is mainly produced in Guan County, Sichuan Province, and is one of the more precious Chinese medicinal materials. It can be used to promote blood circulation and qi, dispel wind and relieve pain, and can also treat symptoms such as headache, rheumatism and pain.

Ophiopogon japonicus

Ophiopogon japonicus is a perennial evergreen herb. Its root is relatively thick, and the middle is the thickest oval or spindle-shaped small root tuber. The small root tuber of Ophiopogon japonicus is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effect of promoting body fluid and quenching thirst, moistening the lungs and relieving cough.

Fritillaria cirrhosa

Chuanbeimu belongs to the Liliaceae family and grows in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests, coniferous forests, and alpine shrubs in temperate high mountains and plateaus. According to different varieties, it can be divided into three categories: Chuanbeimu, Zhejiang Fritillaria, and Tubeimu, but all have medicinal value.

Cordyceps

Cordyceps sinensis, also known as Cordyceps sinensis, is a relatively precious tonic medicinal material. It has very high nutritional value and has the effect of enhancing the body's immunity.

Cyathula officinalis
