What is the row spacing and plant spacing for soybean planting? What is the best spacing between plants?

Soybean planting spacing

When planting soybeans, the most suitable plant spacing is 20cm and the row spacing is about 35cm . The hole sowing method can be used for sowing. Place 2-4 seeds in each hole. The planting depth can be about 4-5cm. In order for the soybean seeds to germinate better, the land must be prepared before planting.

The density of soybean planting should be determined according to the basic conditions of the soil, the characteristics of the variety's growth and development, and the time of sowing. Generally, the sowing density of fertile land should be sparser, the sowing density of poor land should be denser, the sowing density of land with good moisture retention should be sparser, and the sowing density of land with poor moisture retention should be denser.

Since there are many varieties of soybeans, some have a longer growth cycle and some have a shorter growth cycle. If the growth cycle of soybeans is shorter, the spacing between rows and plants should be relatively larger, which will help the soybeans better absorb nutrients and water.

Soybean yield per mu

The soybean yield per acre is about 180 to 200 kilograms, but it is affected by external factors such as weather and farmers' management methods.

The per-acre yield of soybeans will also vary, ranging from 350 to 400 kilograms at most and less than 100 kilograms at least. If you want to increase the per-acre yield of soybeans, you must choose good varieties and good planting methods.

Soybean harvest time

Soybeans are cultivated in various parts of my country. Its growth cycle is generally about 5 months. Different regions will result in different soybean harvest times. Many areas in the Northeast only harvest once a year.

Usually it is sown in spring and harvested in autumn. In the Huanghai, Bohai Sea, Henan and other regions, there are two harvests a year, while in Guangdong, Guangxi and southern Fujian, spring soybeans are sown in February and March each year and mature in late June or early July, so there are three harvests a year.
