1. Growth habits : Pistachios like sunlight and grow in mountains at an altitude of 600-1200 meters. They don’t like moisture and are afraid of waterlogging. They are cold-resistant and highly adaptable. However, you must choose well-ventilated soil when planting. Pistachios are very susceptible to late frost damage, so be careful to avoid the wind.

2. Fertilizer and water management : Daily maintenance of pistachios is based on scientific fertilization. Young trees should be fertilized once a year, and once every 2-3 years after fruiting. The third time is after the fruit is harvested, usually when the soil is turned over in autumn. Plenty of watering before winter will have better results.
