How to grow small wild roses

The small wild rose is a sun-loving, relatively cold-resistant and drought-tolerant plant, but it cannot tolerate waterlogging. If planted in low-lying areas, it will grow poorly and bloom less. Therefore, the rose must be planted in a sunny, ventilated, humid and well-drained place, and it will bloom in about six months.

1. Sunlight

If you want the small wild rose to grow quickly and fill the pot, you need to place it in a location with better light so that it can photosynthesize. However, it is afraid of strong light, so when caring for it, you can place it under diffuse light. When there is strong light, you need to use a shade net to block the light.

2. Nutrients

When caring for small wild roses, you should apply some liquid flower fertilizer every half a month or a month to provide it with more nutrients. This way, it can absorb enough nutrients, continue to grow, and soon burst the pot.

3. Soil

The wild rose does not have particularly high requirements for soil, but it prefers loose and breathable soil. It needs to be provided with suitable soil to enable it to grow better. It is best to choose loose soil with certain granularity and a small amount of organic matter.

Precautions for the maintenance of wild roses

Although the small wild rose is drought-resistant, it cannot be left without water for a long time. It needs to be watered properly during the planting process. It has strong cold resistance, so it can survive the winter in northern regions. The most suitable temperature is between 13-21 degrees. Too high or too low temperature will affect the number of flowers, so cooling and warming measures need to be taken.
