1. Bitter Melon

Bitter melon is suitable for planting in spring. It is also called cool melon. It is sown in the open field in May in the northern region, after Qingming Festival in the Yangtze River Basin, and from January to August in southern China. If it is in protected land, it can also be sown in winter and harvested 3 months after sowing.

2. Rapeseed

Therefore, the low temperature in early spring is particularly suitable for its development and growth.

It takes a certain amount of time for the seeds to germinate and mature. Therefore, if you sow it in late spring when the temperature rises above 20 degrees Celsius, you can harvest it in time after the wheat harvest.

4. Onions

Onions grow all year round and can be harvested at any time. In daily life, the main harvest is onions. The growth rate of green onions is relatively slower. Seedling cultivation begins around March. They are not harvested in spring but after the frost. At this time, the quality of green onions is the best and the yield is the highest.

5. Pumpkin

Pumpkin can be divided into two different seasons for sowing and harvesting in a year. Generally, pumpkins planted in autumn are sown around July and August using the direct seeding method, while pumpkins planted in spring are cultivated using the seedling transplanting method between January and March. The temperature and humidity at this time are suitable for the growth of pumpkin seedlings.
