Money tree likes a humid and warm environment and is not very cold-resistant. It needs to be kept indoors in winter. It starts to hibernate during the hot summer season and enters the growing season in autumn and winter.

Pot soil requirements: Try to choose sandy soil with good air permeability and good drainage, preferably slightly acidic. The roots of money plant are tuberous, so regular soil changes are essential, otherwise root rot is very likely to occur.

Light requirements: Place the plant in a sunny place to receive sunlight on a daily basis. It should be noted that the temperature is high and the sunlight intensity is strong in summer, so you must pay attention to shading at this time, otherwise it is easy to cause new branches to be burned.

Pruning method: Pruning of the money tree can be done after frost or when new buds have just grown. Cut the branches above the buds. For dead branches, prune them in time; prune thin or cross-growing branches and leaves, and thin branches need to be pruned cleanly from the roots.
