What is broomcorn millet?

Broomrape is a vegetable with oval edible stems and leaves. It belongs to the genus Kochia of the subfamily Cyclospora. Broomrape is often called ground wheat, broom seedling, iron broom, etc. in the folks. It can often be seen in spring and is usually on the market in mid-April. It is grown in most parts of my country, and common producing areas include Shandong, Hebei, Henan and other places.

How to cook broom

1. Stir-fry
