How to grow soilless green radish more vigorously

How to grow soilless green radish more vigorously

Green ivy has good adaptability and does not have high requirements for the growth environment. Soilless green ivy is generally cultivated hydroponically. Healthy and vibrant branches and stems should be selected for hydroponics. They take root quickly and are easy to survive. In the subsequent cultivation process, it is necessary to pay attention to the temperature, water and nutrients required for the growth of soilless green ivy.

Key points for soilless green radish cultivation

1. Water quality

In order to make the plant grow more vigorously, the water quality needs to be fresh and clean after planting the soilless green radish. The water of the newly cultivated soilless green radish needs to be changed every 2-3 days. When using well water or tap water, it should be dried in the sun for about 2 days in advance to make the water temperature the same as the room temperature. After the green radish grows roots, the frequency of water changes can be reduced to change the water once a week.

2. Temperature and light

The temperature for soilless green radish cultivation needs to be kept above 20℃, and try not to be lower than 10℃ in winter, otherwise frostbite will occur. Soilless green radish should be cultivated in a place with scattered light as much as possible to ensure good ventilation. The sunlight is mild in winter and can receive all-day sunlight.

3. Nutrients

Soilless green ivy is easy to survive and grows fast, but in order to ensure the lush growth of the plant and the dark green and shiny leaves, it needs continuous nutrition. You can mix white sugar or aspirin with water in a certain proportion to make a nutrient solution for watering, but don't apply too much at one time.

Precautions for soilless green radish cultivation

The plants and roots of soilless green radish grow relatively fast. If the roots are too long, they should be pruned in time to prevent the consumption of nutrients. If the roots are rotten, you need to cut off the rotten roots, wash them with clean water, soak them in potassium permanganate solution for disinfection, and then wash them and put them in water for normal maintenance.
