Coriander is an annual dicotyledonous plant belonging to the Apiaceae family with a special aroma. Coriander is also often called false basil, basil, and vanilla. It is a vegetable that grows in spring, summer, and autumn. It is usually available on the market after April in spring. Common production areas are mainly in northern my country, and it can often be seen in the countryside.

What does cilantro look like

How to cook coriander
