Cattail is the tender pseudostem of Typhalatifolia L., a plant of the Typhaceae family. It is also known as Shenpu, Pulijiu, Pusun, Puya, Pubai, Puergen, and Cattail. (6) Add oil to a wok and stir-fry a little chopped green onion and ginger. When it is warm, turn down the heat and add 1 spoonful of flour.
(7) Add hot water and salt to adjust the taste of the soup.
(8) Pour all the ingredients into the soup, cook for 1 minute, then add MSG to taste. Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of milk to make the soup thicker, whiter and more fragrant.
