How long is the growth cycle of colorful peppers?

Introduction to the growth of colorful peppers

Colorful peppers like warm weather and are cultivated in various parts of China. They require sufficient sunlight during their growth period. To allow them to fully absorb sunlight, they are suitable for growing in a location with good lighting.

Colorful pepper growth cycle

Colorful peppers are not cold-resistant and require sufficient sunlight and moist, fertile soil to grow. Their growth cycle includes four stages: germination, seedling, flowering and fruiting, and fruiting.

Growth rate of colorful peppers

The growth rate of colorful peppers is very fast, especially from spring to summer. The side branches need to be pruned in time to allow it to grow into a round shape. At the same time, pruning the side branches can allow the main trunk of the plant to grow well, thereby increasing yield.

Management of the growth cycle of colorful peppers

If colorful peppers are grown in a greenhouse, the suitable temperature for their growth is 25 degrees Celsius. Each plant can produce about 2 kilograms, and the yield per mu can reach 12,000 kilograms.

Temperature management: The germination rate of colorful pepper seeds is high in an environment of 20-30 degrees. It cannot germinate when the temperature is below 15 degrees or above 351 degrees. It is best to grow in an environment of 25-28 degrees.

Fertilization management : Colorful peppers need pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, and potassium oxide most for growth, and also require an appropriate amount of calcium fertilizer.
