What are the cultivation methods and precautions of Green Earth?

Green Earth Introduction

Green Globe is a plant of the Bignoniaceae family and the Phaseolus genus. It grows in Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places. The bark is light gray, the leaves are green, oblong-ovate, the stamens are light pink, the flowers are large, and the fragrance is elegant, which has extremely high ornamental value.

Green Earth Farming Method

Green Globe prefers an environment with plenty of sunlight, is tolerant to partial shade, and has strong drought resistance. It is suitable for planting on loose, breathable, well-drained substrates. It is also distributed in small quantities on acidic soils. It has a strong ability to sprout and regenerate and is very easy to plant.

Watering method

Green Globe likes a relatively moist soil environment. Keep the potting soil moist but not waterlogged. The air humidity should be maintained at around 70%. If it is maintained indoors, you can often spray the plant with slightly warm water to increase the environmental humidity.

Fertilization method

Green globe grows very fast and has a large demand for fertilizer. Therefore, it is necessary to apply thin fertilizer frequently during the growth period. You can apply compound fertilizer containing nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers, or you can use thin fertilizer water diluted with water instead of clean water to water the potting soil.

Green Earth Farming Precautions

1. Temperature: Green Globe likes a warm environment. The suitable growth temperature is 20-21 degrees during the day and 18-19 degrees at night. It is not resistant to high temperatures. The summer temperature should not exceed 27 degrees. When the ambient temperature is very high, you can build a shade shed and spray water frequently. The winter temperature should be above 8 degrees and not lower than 5 degrees to avoid frost damage.

2. Light: Green Globe is a light-loving plant and can tolerate some shade. It can grow in full sun or semi-shade environments, but it cannot tolerate strong light in summer and needs shade. For indoor maintenance, it can be placed in front of a well-lit window or on a balcony to receive semi-shade or scattered light. Dark environments can easily cause leaves to fall. It can accept full-sun maintenance in winter.
