How to make rice water fertilizer

1. Production method

1. Put the water used to wash the rice into a transparent bottle, avoid using water that is too dark in color, and then put it under the sun to dry. After it ferments in about half a month, it is ready. When watering flowers, use rice water and clean water in a ratio of 1:5. Do not use only rice water for watering.

2. Put the leftover rice into a clean bottle, add a small piece of sweet wine koji, crush it, mix it with the rice and press it tightly. Cover the bottle mouth tightly with a double layer of gauze and place it in the sun to dry. It takes about a week in summer and about half a month in winter. This means the fermentation is successful. Add water to the part that looks clear on top and use it for watering.

2. Types of watering flowers

Because it is acidic, it is only suitable for plants that like to grow in acidic soil, such as gardenia, Clivia, jasmine and other flowers. If it is applied to flowers that like alkaline substances, it will have the opposite effect and hinder the growth of the plants.
