Can ginseng help you run?

Can ginseng help you run?

1. Can you run?

Ginseng will not run, but it will move slowly in the soil, and this only happens to wild ginseng because when it stays in one place for a long time, the fertility of the soil will decrease, and it will slowly move slightly to where the soil is fertile, but the distance is very short, and it will only move a few centimeters in about several decades.

2. Morphological characteristics

The stem of ginseng is erect, cylindrical and unbranched. The main root is about 30 to 60 cm high, fleshy, yellow-white, cylindrical or spindle-shaped. Its leaves are compound leaves, palm-shaped, with 3 to 5 leaflets, which are elliptical or slightly obovate. The flowers are umbels, single and terminal in the leaf cluster.
