What is Ringo

1. Plants

Ringo is a small tree, also called red flower and sand fruit, about 4 to 6 meters tall, with thick twigs, densely covered with short soft hairs when young, and dark purple-brown and hairless when old.

2. Leaves

The leaves of the apple are alternate, with petioles about 1.5 to 5 cm long and covered with short soft hairs. The blades are ovate or elliptical, 5 to 11 cm long and 4 to 5.5 cm wide. The tips of the leaves are sharply pointed or gradually become pointed, the base is rounded or broadly cuneate, the edges have fine and sharp serrations, and are covered with short soft hairs that will gradually fall off.

3. Flowers

The flowers of the apple are in umbels with 4 to 7 flowers, clustered at the top of the small branches. The pedicels are 1.5 to 2 cm long and densely covered with soft hairs. The diameter of the flowers is 3 to 4 cm.

4. Fruit

The pear fruit is oval or nearly spherical, with a diameter of 4 to 5 cm, and turns yellow or red when ripe.
