How to grow agave

How to grow agave

1. Lighting

Agave requires relatively strong sunlight during its growth process. Except for the extremely hot summer noons, it can be allowed to grow under full light at other times.

2. Soil

When caring for agave, use loose and well-drained soil. You can use ordinary garden soil mixed with coarse river sand for cultivation.

3. Watering

When caring for agave, do not water it too much. It is better to keep it dry than wet, especially to avoid water accumulation in the soil of the flowerpot. Also, when watering it, you should water along the edge of the watering area. It is not recommended to water its roots and rhizomes, and don't drop water on its leaves when watering, otherwise the disease will become more serious.
