How to grow Ganoderma

How to grow Ganoderma

1. Prepare the substrate

The culture matrix can be made by mixing 78% of hard wood chips, 20% of bran or rice bran, 1% of gypsum and 1% of sugar together. The culture matrix can also be made by mixing 78% of cottonseed hulls, 20% of bran, 1% of gypsum and 1% of sugar.

2. Bagging

Put about 1 kg of dry material into each plastic bag, make sure the bags are packed firmly, tie and seal the bag tightly, then sterilize it. Put the bag in the sterilization chamber, raise the temperature to 100℃, maintain it for about 10 to 12 hours, and then wait for it to cool naturally.

3. Inoculation

After the temperature of the bag drops to 30℃, make holes in the bag, insert the fungus seeds, and place it in the culture room. After 45 to 60 days of culture, white or yellow raised bumps will appear on the surface of the bag, and mushrooms will be produced.
