Flowers also need a "bath". Wipe them every time and the leaves will become shiny and reflective!

In fact, flower plants, like humans, also need a "bath". We need to wipe their leaves with solution regularly to ensure that they remain shiny and thick even after long-term maintenance. Today, Huahua will use the example of green radish to tell you which solutions will be more effective in wiping the leaves.

1. Wood ash solution

I believe that people who grow flowers are familiar with wood ash. Putting a little of it in a flowerpot can not only enhance the air permeability of the soil, but the elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium it contains will also make the plants grow more vigorously.

The process of making wood ash solution is simple. First, we need to select relatively fine wood ash and then add water to stir it into a solution. The general configuration ratio is 1:10. The next step is to let the prepared solution sit for a while. After seeing the wood ash slowly settle, we need to filter out the clean wood ash solution and we're done. Finally, we can wipe the leaves of the green radish with a rag dipped in a little wood ash solution every month.

2. White vinegar

White vinegar is a good cleaning helper in our home. In addition to removing stains and grease, it is also effective for wiping leaves. Because white vinegar contains a large amount of amino acids, vitamins and other substances, which can help plants grow. Therefore, if there are problems with the leaves of plants at home, you can use white vinegar to improve them.

White vinegar cannot be applied directly to the leaves. It needs to be diluted with water. The general ratio is 1:100. The diluted white vinegar solution will not have such a pungent smell and will be easier for flower plants to absorb. After wiping, it is best to clean it with clean water, so the effect will be better.

3. Beer

Many flower lovers have mentioned that beer is very effective for watering flowers. I didn’t expect that using it to wipe leaves would also be quite effective. We all know that beer is made from hops, which are rich in amino acids. These amino acids can just supplement the nutrients needed by plants and flowers. This is why beer is good for growing flowers.

We dilute beer with water in a ratio of 1:10, and use it to wipe the front and back of the leaves once a month. Over time, not only will the leaves become shiny, but the branches of plants like the green radish will also grow more vigorously.

If the leaves of your flower plants are not smooth or shiny, you can try Huahua’s method. You may get unexpected results!
