How to grow the weeping angel in summer

How to grow the weeping angel in summer

1. Water more

In summer, water will accelerate growth. If you don’t water it frequently, the plant will suffer from water shortage. You can water it once every 2-3 days. If it is hydroponic culture, you can change the water every 3 days to ensure the water quality is clean, the amount of water should not be too large, and clean the hydroponic container in time.

2. Avoid strong light

The weeping angel likes too strong light. The light in summer will be stronger than before. If it is not shaded, it will be burned. It can also be placed in a cool place for maintenance. However, it cannot be kept in a dark place for a long time. It can be exposed to the sun appropriately when grown indoors.

3. Lower the temperature

The temperature is relatively high in summer. In order to avoid the phenomenon of leaf withering, cooling measures must be taken. It is best to place it in a cool and well-ventilated place for maintenance. Try to keep the temperature at around 20℃. If the temperature is higher than 30℃, water more to ensure sufficient moisture.

4. Prevention and control of pests and diseases

The temperature is relatively high and it is very stuffy in summer. If you do not pay attention to ventilation, pests and diseases will easily occur. You must take preventive measures and open windows frequently for ventilation. Once pests and diseases are discovered, purchase the appropriate medicine for spraying in time.

Scale insects must be removed manually in time and the diseased leaves should be burned. In serious cases, they can be killed by spraying with omethoate emulsifiable concentrate. When gray mold occurs, the diseased branches and leaves should be cleaned up in time and buried deeply. After the disease occurs, use chlorpyrifos wettable powder and cypermethrin wettable powder for prevention and control.
