How to grow Kalanchoe to make it bloom

How to grow Kalanchoe to make it bloom

1. Provide appropriate maintenance conditions

If you want to grow the Kalanchoe to overflow the pot, you must first make it grow strong. When cultivating, there needs to be sufficient water, sufficient fertilizer, and the soil needs to meet the growth needs of Kalanchoe. The light requirements of Kalanchoe must also be met. The light must be sufficient. During the flower bud differentiation period, the total light duration must be controlled to about 6 hours.

2. Repeated pruning and appropriate cuttings

There is another important basis for growing Kalanchoe to overflow the pot, that is, it must have enough flowering branches in the pot.

There are two ways to have enough flowering branches. One is to promote the growth of side branches through repeated pruning, and the other is to carry out appropriate cuttings so that there are relatively more seedlings in the flowerpot and they are evenly distributed. In this way, after it blooms, it will form a blooming effect.
