How to water the fire festival?

When to water

If you want to know how to water the Fire Festival, you must first understand its properties and whether it needs watering. This plant cannot be given too much water, which is the same as most succulents, so it needs soil with good permeability and a very transparent growing environment for cultivation. Don't water it too much. The general way to judge is to observe whether the soil is dry and whether the leaves are shriveled. As long as the leaves are hard and not soft, and the soil is moist, don't water it. Wait until it is dry before watering.

Watering management

Generally, the fire plant does not need too much water in any season. For example, in summer, it is basically not necessary to water it. It is enough to spray water with a simple spray bottle. In winter, less water is needed so that its leaves will be as red and dazzling as fire.

How to operate

This kind of plant can be treated with the conventional method, which is to pour water directly into the flowerpot or spray water lightly with a watering can. Today, I recommend a safer and simpler method, which is to prepare a washbasin and fill it with water (not too deep). Then put the fire sacrifice that needs water together with the flowerpot and the plant into the washbasin, and slowly wait for the water to overflow. After about quarter of an hour, check whether there is any moisture in the upper part of the soil. If it is moist, you can take it out and put it in the original cultivation place to stand. This method can effectively prevent accidental over-watering, and the slow absorption of water will not suddenly soak the roots, which is very convenient for operation.
