How to cultivate feicai

sowing

Feicai can be cultivated by planting from seeds. Try to choose a time after Arbor Day when the temperature will not drop below 10℃. The place for sowing seeds should be selected in a greenhouse for cultivation.

Before sowing, fertilize the soil and then water it thoroughly, but do not allow water to accumulate. Sow the seeds while the soil is moist, and cover the surface with a layer of soil no thicker than 5 mm. If the temperature in the greenhouse exceeds 32°C during the day, the temperature needs to be lowered, and ventilation can be used. After sowing, the soil should be kept moist and the temperature in the greenhouse should be around 28 degrees.

weeding

About 9 days after sowing, you can see new sprouts. When the new sprouts grow to 5 cm high, you can remove the relatively unhealthy seedlings and remove the weeds in the field at the same time. Keep the soil moist at all times.

The greenhouse can be removed in late April. But beware of heavy rain. The greenhouse should be set up again in late October. To avoid too low temperature. But pay attention to ventilation at this time.

pick

When the sedge grows to 20 cm, it can be picked. Feicai can be picked all year round.

Because the surface of the plant is covered with a colored waxy layer, the probability of disease and insect pests are relatively small.

Feicai can not only beautify the environment, but also be used as a traditional Chinese medicine. The most popular thing should be to turn it into a delicacy on the table. It can be stir-fried, deep-fried, or made into soup. It makes me want to dig a small piece of land and grow some vegetables, so that I can eat fresh vegetables all year round. Feicai is a natural cosmetic for women!
