Water planting flowers, clean and easy to grow

Water-planted green radish

Procedure

It is also quite simple to grow green ivy in water. Huahua will give you a detailed introduction here. You will definitely succeed if you do this next time!

1. When using green radish for hydroponics, you can choose branches with aerial roots, which will quickly take root and keep the branches active. Aerial roots are shown in the figure below:

2. The cuttings should not be too long, about 10 to 15 centimeters is enough, and the cut should be cut at a 45-degree angle to increase the water absorption area.

3. After placing the cuttings into the hydroponic container, immediately add water to cover one-third to two-thirds of the branches.

4. The green ivy takes root very quickly, and you can see the root system after a period of time. Put it in the bedroom, kitchen or desk, it will be clean, hygienic and beautiful.

African violets in water

Procedure

African violets are very easy to rot when propagated by cuttings. If you use water to propagate them, one leaf is enough!

1. Pick off the leaves of African violets that are free of pests and diseases, keep the leaves, cut off the large leaves, and then put them directly in the hydroponic container. Be careful not to let the leaves get wet, as shown in the following figure:

2. Place the hydroponically grown African violet leaves in a place with sufficient light for hydroponics and rooting. The leaves take a long time to take root, but they don’t require careful care, so you just have to be patient.

3. After the roots have grown in hydroponics, you can plant the leaves in loose, breathable and fertile soil.

Gardenia in water

Water-inserted Peperomia

Procedure

You can use leaves or stems for water cuttings of Chinese evergreen. Stem cuttings take root faster than leaf cuttings, so Huahua still recommends that you choose stem cuttings.

When hydroponically growing plants, change the water in a timely manner. Before each change, expose the water to the sun for a day to make the water temperature consistent with the room temperature and reduce damage to the root system.

After rooting, you can plant the Chinese evergreen in a pot with a mixture of nutrient soil, perlite and vermiculite.
