Maintenance of Hylocereus radiata in four seasons

Maintenance of Hylocereus radiata in four seasons

Spring and summer maintenance of hyacinthus

Spring maintenance of Hylocereus

Spring is the main growing season for the Oxytropis oxypetalum. In spring, the Oxytropis oxypetalum needs to be watered sufficiently, once every 10-15 days, to keep the soil in the pot slightly moist without water accumulation. But the plants should be sprayed with water every day to increase the air humidity.

In spring, apply decomposed liquid fertilizer once every half month.

Spring is the season for cutting propagation of Cyperus rotundus. The temperature is relatively suitable, and it grows faster during the growing season, making it easier to survive.

Summer maintenance of hyacinthus

In summer, the osmanthus begins to bloom. A certain amount of fertilizer should be applied before flowering to ensure sufficient nutrient supply during flowering.

The Oxytropis truncatum needs sufficient light, but the plant will turn yellow under direct strong sunlight, affecting the appearance of the Oxytropis truncatum. Therefore, in summer, the osmanthus plant should be placed in a semi-shaded environment for maintenance.

During the summer growing season, the plant grows vigorously, and due to high evaporation and severe water loss, it must be watered and sprayed sufficiently. Watering should be done once a day, preferably in the morning or evening. Fertilize once every half a month, but not excessively to avoid root rot.

Autumn and winter maintenance of cycads

Autumn maintenance of hyacinthus

The flowering period of the Ophiopogon japonicus generally lasts until November, and it can be harvested after flowering. In autumn, harvest the flowers of the Ophiopogon japonicus in the early morning after they bloom, and place them in a ventilated place to dry.

Winter maintenance of Hylocereus

The suitable temperature for the growth of Ornamentella is between 25 and 35 degrees Celsius. The Oleander is not cold-resistant, and its stem nodes are prone to rot when the temperature is below 5℃. It is best to keep the overwintering temperature above 13℃, so in winter, it is best to keep the Osmanthus fragrans indoors. However, the Osmanthus fragrans requires sufficient light and can be placed in a sunny place indoors for maintenance.

In winter, the octopus enters dormancy and stops growing, so you should control watering and stop fertilizing.
